Our Production Process
1. Design Your Snugzy
Upload a photo of yourself, a friend, or a family member, and choose your favourite design or pillow style. Make sure your photo follows our photo guidelines for the best result!
2. Time to Print & Make it
Here’s where the magic happens! ✨ Our team brings your pillow to life through a mix of printing, cutting, and stuffing — with a sprinkle of magic dust, of course. Every Snugzy is handmade in our Manchester factory, ensuring the highest quality from start to finish
3. Say hello to your Snugzy!
Once your Snugzy is perfect, we’ll carefully package it (using 100% recyclable materials) and send it on its way to you or your chosen recipient. You’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your Snugzy’s journey home.

What makes a good photo?
For the best quality print, upload a a clear full faced photo (not one with your head or hair cut off - it doesn't look great!) We tend to think well lit Selfies work best!
Do you crop/cut out the photo?
Yes! Our clever AI automatically removes the background and neatly cuts around your photo, leaving just the person (or pet!) you’ve uploaded. You don’t need to do a thing — just upload your photo and let the magic happen.
Can I upload something else?
Yes, you sure can! Human faces certainly look best but feel free to upload a photo of your dog, cat or pet
