Our Production Process
1. We Design Your Snugzy
Once your order is placed, our team of designers take your photo and create a print ready file to send into production. We at this point, check the quality of your photo and match your skin tone to the body. If there’s any issues at this point we’ll get in touch for an alternative image.
2. Time to Print & Make it
This is the magic process which involves us bringing your mini me to life - lots of printing, cutting, stuffing occurs here - oh and a little bit of magic dust of course! All our snugzy’s are made by hand - yes by hand! This ensures the highest quality. They’re also made from our factory in Birmingham, United Kingdom too #BritishMade
3. Say hello to your Snugzy!
Once we're happy, we'll carefully package your Snugzy (in 100% recyclable packaging of course) and despatch it to you or the lucky recipient. You'll receive an email with all tracking information so you can follow your Snugzy’s journey

What makes a good photo?
For the best quality print, upload a a clear full faced photo (not one with your head or hair cut off - it doesn't look great!) We tend to think well lit Selfies work best!
Do you crop/cut out the photo?
Yes, we take care of everything - once your order is placed, our team of designers will check your photo and add to your chosen design. We'll be in touch if we have any questions. You can sit back, relax and wait for your order to arrive.
Do you match the skin tone?
We sure do! We'll match the skin tone of your snugzy with the skin tone of the photo you upload
Can I upload something else?
Yes, you sure can! Human faces certainly look best but feel free to upload a photo of your dog, cat or pet
